I am an ILM‑accredited Workplace Investigator, Army Mediator, D&I Advisor, and CIPD Level 5 HR professional, with a proven track record of managing high‑volume, high‑risk ER caseloads and delivering legally robust outcomes.
Based in Carbis Bay, St Ives, I support organisations across West Cornwall and the Southwest with conflict resolution, investigations, and practical HR advisory.
